Sedona Staffing is recruiting for multiple openings for qualified Customer Service Representatives for an Illinois call center. Customer Services Reps will receive inbound customer calls and create cases in Microsoft CRM software. Position hours are 10:15a-7:00p M-F, beginning with 2 days of paid training on a 8:30a-5:00p shift. Qualified candidates will have prior customer service experience and/or call center experience, and strong data entry skills. Sedona is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
